As the Account Director at Saxon Advertising Agency, I’m passionate about building meaningful connections between brands and people. My role allows me to combine strategic thinking with creativity — developing communication solutions that are both effective and authentic.
I started my career as a copywriter, which gave me a strong foundation in storytelling and brand communication. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of national and international campaigns, collaborating closely with creative teams and clients to turn bold ideas into successful results.
What I enjoy most about my work is the diversity — every project is a new challenge that requires fresh thinking, empathy, and collaboration. I believe that great communication begins with understanding people, and that’s what continues to inspire me every day at Saxon.

DESIGNER
My stage name is “PAYA”, and I was born in Budapest. I have been working as a creative for more than 20 years, 10 of which I have spent at Saxon. For me, this job means not merely work, but also my hobby. The best ideas tend to find me in the most unexpected moments: riding the bus or the tram or walking in nature.
When it comes to creative work, it is true in more than one way that a genuinely great creative output cannot be forced. And one more thing: you have to love what you are doing! Nowadays, I help the Saxon team as a consultant.

3D Graphics
I started my career as a cartoon animator at Pannónia Film Studio. I was one of the first ones to explore the field of 3D animation at the beginning of the 1990s. One of my first independent jobs was to design a logo for Saxon, a firm that was being launched just then. The logo has since been redesigned, but its foundation remains my idea. This “encounter” became a defining one in both my and Saxon’s further careers. We have since then completed several 3D figurines, animations, and commercial spots together, continuing to work as a team up to these days.

I have been working as a web designer since the beginning of the 2000s.
In addition to website design and coding, I also gained experience in online marketing. I have created countless landing pages, microsites, banner campaigns, and newsletters.
I also spent a few years in the public sector, where I dealt with the accessibility of websites.
I try to share as much as possible from my acquired knowledge on my YouTube channel.

PETER RADVANYI
COPYWRITER
I’m a copywriter at Saxon, where I get to do what I love most: turning ideas into words that connect, inspire, and move people. For me, copywriting is more than just writing — it’s about understanding emotions, finding the right tone, and giving brands a voice that feels human and real.
So far I have published two anthologies of my poems; both “Legacies” (2003), and “There Is a World” (2009) were published by Accordia Publishing.
I am a member of the National Association of Hungarian Journalists and the Hungarian Public Relations Association.
